Mushroom Rice<br>

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<br>

1/2 Stick butter (4Tablespoons)<br>
1 Cup Uncle Bens Rice (the one that takes a long time to cook, NOT INSTANT!)<br>
1 tin Campells Condensed French Onion Soup<br>
1 tin Cambells Beef Broth<br>

1 9 in graham cracker crust<br>
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk <br>
1/2 cup key lime juice <br>
1 teaspoon grated lime zest <br>
2 egg yolks<br>

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. <br>

In a medium bowl, combine the milk, lime juice, and 1 teaspoon zest; blend in the egg yolks. Pour the filling into the crust. <br>

Bake for 15-20 minutes.<br>
