I take Centrum chewable multivitamins (I can't swallow vits for ish), and I take two biotin pills every night.

I've been slacking.
I usually take a multi-vitamin, biotin and horsetail (off and on), fish oil w/ omega 3's. ********************************
Last relaxer/cut: 05/04/06 / trim 03/30/06 Relaxer stretch: 12-16 weeks 1st goal: bra-strap 2006?? -chasing 2 inches 2nd goal: below bra-strap ?? Final goal: mid-back ???? Hair Album Regimen and Products |

Nver thought about a vit. just for my hair n nails, etc. Im taking a multi, plus vit e, coq10, and alpha lipoic.

I take vitamins. I take a Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamin and a Multi-vitamin. I also take Vitamin C and Calcium.
