Hey, thanks for the compliment. I dont have a real formula for my hair, but i've just used common sense and listened to my hair when it came to growing. i alternate between braids, flatironing and my natural puffy hair for styles. The pros and cons for braids are: Pros: that you have it easier in the morning when you dont have to style your hair and you don't manipulate your hair much and it can grow peacefully.:cons: It my ends really dry and my hair gets tangled when i take it out, thus making it harder to wash and making more hair fall out. The pros for flatironing: i'm able to comb and style my hair easier leading to less breakage for the time that my hair is straight.cons: HEAT kills my ends which i keep under control with cutting ends as a whole and individually. pros of the puff: low maintainance..that's about it b/c i still use the blowdryer. cons of the puff: i use heat, my edges get thinner over time and my hair dries out. I use tons of hair products as i see fit and always use my deep conditioning heat cap.

Hey lovinlayers, long time no see. Naturally my is thicker on the left side, but it's not really noticable. It's not breakage though, it's just the way it grows. Do you find that yours is breakage or is your natural as well? I deleted my fotki because i didnt see much growth at the time and there was alot of talk about fake hair and wanting pics of my scalp. I couldn't be bothered so i deleted it all. If it's breakage, what are you doing to your hair that's causing the breakage? If your hair grows in thicker on one side than the other, then i don't think that there is a real solution.
